The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing real estate market trends, customer preferences, competitor data, and economic conditions to support strategic business decisions and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research on current real estate trends, pricing, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Gather data from multiple sources including industry reports, surveys, online tools, CRM, and on-ground observations.
- Analyze data using statistical tools and convert findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and management.
- Identify target customer segments and recommend marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing marketing and project campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project planning teams to improve decision-making processes.
- Forecast market shifts and suggest adjustments in business and marketing plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and research tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., iSolve, Bitrix), real estate portals, and local property trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
