Linkers International is hiring a dynamic and experienced Senior Investment Manager to lead our high-performing sales team under our prestigious Grow with Linkers Programme.
In this leadership role, you’ll manage a team of Sales Consultants and Investment Advisors, drive strategic sales efforts, and ensure exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants & Investment Advisors, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve team and company targets.
- Oversee client engagement, deliver compelling property presentations, and ensure high deal closure rates.
- Monitor daily team KPIs (calls, meetings, deals), providing support and motivation.
- Drive lead generation, conversion, and timely deal closures.
- Coach and upskill team members in sales techniques and client handling.
- Stay current with financial, legal, and tax regulations relevant to property sales.
- Track performance metrics and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for sustained business growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales, with proven success in a leadership or managerial role.
- Education: Graduate/Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Location: Islamabad.
